Private pilot • Built for Indian B2B businesses

Close the loop on your finances.

Starting with receivables: know what's overdue, track every follow-up and payment promise, and stop managing collections through Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

Then automatically match payments, reconcile financial records, and surface only the exceptions that need your attention.

The bigger problem

Your accounting software isn't broken.
Everything around it is.

We're starting with receivables. Longer term, ArthaLoop is being built to automate the manual work between your invoices, customers, bank, accounting software, and finance team.

Future / Matching + reconciliation

One financial exception inbox.

Instead of checking Tally, bank statements, email, WhatsApp, Excel, and Zoho separately, your team would open one focused list of what requires judgement.

  • Explainable matching suggestions
  • Partial and TDS-adjusted payment handling
  • Missing invoice and duplicate detection
  • No silent changes to your accounting books

Planned capability—not available in the first release.

Powerful automation. Less data exposure.

Your financial data should stay yours.

ArthaLoop is being designed local-first. Your core financial database stays encrypted on your computer. Cloud services are used only for features that need them, such as scheduled reminders and selected integrations.

Three quick answers, plus an optional note. No financial data. No spam.

Questions, answered

Clear by design.
No fine print energy.

We're early, so we'll be direct about what's planned and what still needs to be proven.

What will the first ArthaLoop release do?+

The first release is focused on receivables: importing invoices, seeing what is outstanding or overdue, tracking follow-ups and payment promises, and keeping collection history in one place. Matching and reconciliation come after that workflow is proven.

Does ArthaLoop replace Tally or Zoho Books?+

No. ArthaLoop is being designed to work alongside your existing accounting setup and automate the manual work between invoices, payments, banks, and month-end workflows.

Where will my financial data be stored?+

ArthaLoop is designed local-first. The core financial database is intended to stay encrypted on your device. Cloud services would be limited to features that require them, such as scheduled reminders, authentication, and selected integrations.

Can ArthaLoop see my financial records?+

The architecture is being designed to minimize what ArthaLoop servers receive. Selected cloud features may process only the data needed for that task, with clear controls and no use of your financial information for model training.

Is this only for accountants and CAs?+

No. The initial focus is business owners and small finance teams. Accountant collaboration and a CA-ready handoff are planned parts of the broader product.

Is ArthaLoop available today?+

Not yet. We're speaking with Indian businesses now and defining the first receivables pilot. Qualified members will be invited to workflow interviews and the earliest private pilots as we validate the problem and shape the product.
