1. Who we are

ArthaLoop is an early-stage project operated from India. In this notice, “ArthaLoop”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operator of the ArthaLoop early-access website. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@arthaloop.com.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we may collect:

• your work email address;
• your role and business-size range;
• the accounting tool you primarily use;
• the workflow problem that costs you the most time;
• your approximate monthly invoice or transaction range;
• your level of interest in an early pilot;
• optional free-text information about your current manual work; and
• the time and version of the notice under which you consented.

Please do not submit bank details, invoice data, GST information, passwords, customer records, or other sensitive financial information in the free-text field.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. ArthaLoop does not intentionally add these technical details to your waitlist record.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Analytics data may include the page visited, event time, referrer, filtered query information, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. We do not send waitlist email addresses or form answers to Web Analytics.

3. Why we use it

We use submitted information to:

• manage the early-access waitlist;
• understand which customer groups and financial workflows need help;
• contact you about research, pilots, and material ArthaLoop updates;
• measure aggregate website traffic and improve the website;
• prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; and
• maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We rely on your consent for waitlist communications. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.

4. Where information is processed

We use service providers to operate this website. These currently include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the waitlist database, and Cloudflare for DNS and related services when enabled. They process information under their own security and data processing terms and may operate infrastructure outside your state or country.

Waitlist entries are stored in the region selected for the ArthaLoop Supabase project. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the waitlist and conduct approved research.

5. Retention and deletion

We intend to keep waitlist information only while it is useful for validation, early access, and follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required by law. We may retain a minimal suppression record when needed to respect an opt-out request.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@arthaloop.com from the address you used to join. We may need to verify that you control that address.

6. Cookies and analytics

ArthaLoop currently does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or cookie-based product analytics on this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without third-party cookies and without associating page views with an individual or their IP address.

We do not show a cookie-consent banner because this configuration does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting or security mechanisms may still process technical request information without creating a marketing profile. If we later add cookie-based analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and introduce consent controls before enabling them where required.

7. Sharing and sale

We do not sell or rent waitlist information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and database, when required by law, or as part of a legitimate reorganization subject to appropriate protections.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect waitlist information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, server-side credentials, validation, and security monitoring. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This business-focused website is not directed to children. Do not submit information if you are under 18.

10. Changes and grievances

We may update this notice as the project or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If you have a privacy grievance, contact us first at privacy@arthaloop.com so we can investigate and respond. You may also use any complaint or appeal mechanism available to you under applicable law.
